By creating an account on PractCom Marketing Suite ("PractCom", "Service") — a product of The Oncall Bot LLC — you agree to these Terms.
PractCom is a self-service marketing tool for dental practices. It generates branded social media posts (text + images) and offers optional integrations to publish those posts to platforms you connect (e.g. Facebook Pages). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all content you generate and publish through the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use PractCom to generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, infringes intellectual property rights, contains protected health information (PHI) about identifiable patients, violates HIPAA, or violates the terms of any connected third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You are solely responsible for compliance with healthcare advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of any text, logos, or brand assets you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use those assets solely to provide the Service to you. Content we generate from your prompts is yours to use commercially — but you also agree we may use anonymized, aggregated information about how the Service is used to improve it.
If you choose to connect a Facebook Page to PractCom, you authorize us to publish posts to that Page only when you affirmatively click "Publish to Facebook" within the Service. You can disconnect at any time, and we will delete the associated access token immediately. See our Data Deletion page for details.
Some features of PractCom require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice via email.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay fees due. On termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be free of errors, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where The Oncall Bot LLC is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located there.
