Privacy Policy

PractCom Marketing Suite ("PractCom", "we", "us", "our") is a product of The Oncall Bot LLC and operates marketing.practcom.com (the "Service"). This page tells you how we collect, use, and protect data when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), practice name.
• Practice profile data you provide: logo, brand colors, services offered, marketing preferences, contact information.
• Generated content: images and captions you create using the Service.
• Facebook data (only if you connect your Facebook Page): your Page ID, Page name, Page access token, and engagement metrics for posts you publish through PractCom.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the Service: to authenticate you, generate marketing content tailored to your practice, publish posts to your connected Facebook Page when YOU click "Publish to Facebook", and improve the Service. We do not use Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or any cross-tenant analytics.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers we use to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, AI image generation, email delivery). Each provider is bound by contract to use the data only to perform their service.
• Meta (Facebook) — when you click "Publish to Facebook", we send the image and caption to the Facebook Graph API on your behalf. This is how the post appears on your Page.
• Law enforcement when legally required.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your PractCom account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (see our Data Deletion page for details).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, log in and visit Settings → Account, or email privacy@practcom.com.

6. Children

PractCom is intended for use by adults running dental practices. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will email all account holders and update the "Last updated" date above.
