User Data Deletion Instructions

If you'd like PractCom to delete all data we have about you (including any Facebook data we received when you connected your Page), follow ONE of the methods below.

Method 1 — Self-service (fastest)

Log into PractCom → Settings → Account → click "Delete my account". This immediately deletes your account, your practice profile, all generated content, and any Facebook Page access tokens we have stored. The action is permanent — there's no undo.

Method 2 — Just disconnect Facebook (not full account)

If you only want us to delete your Facebook data (Page ID, Page name, access token) but keep your PractCom account: Log in → Settings → Integrations → Facebook → click "Disconnect". We immediately remove all Facebook data from your account.

Method 3 — Email request

Email privacy@practcom.com from the address on your PractCom account. Subject: "Data Deletion Request". We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a final confirmation email.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account:

We may retain anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot identify you.

Facebook automatic deletion

If you remove PractCom from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Meta sends us an automated deletion signal. We immediately delete your Facebook Page access token and Page data within 24 hours.
